The FS-320 has been a culmination of years of Experience that the team of Nickel has had with production of labels using the offset and letterpress technology.
FS-320 adopts Servo control system from USA which ensures stabilized printing process. The machine employs the shaftless transmission system which reduces the setup time by using electronic setup and provides more time for manufacturing. It makes the machine more competitive for short/medium run jobs. This machine prints with higher accuracy keeping the customers satisfied and allowing you to pursue jobs with higher profit margins.

1. Servo control system
Adopts Servo control system from USA which ensures stabilized printing process
2. Offset printing stations
Shaftless transmission technology. Every printing unit is driven by independent servo motor from Japan. Each unit can be stopped independently which extends the life of the machine.There are 15 sets of servo motors in total for a 6 color machine to ensure precise color registration during high speed operation.
With advanced inking roller construction, each printing unit is assembled with 19 pieces of ink rollers, 4 pieces of form rollers and 4 pieces of water rollers (alcohol dampening system) which ensures rich color, vivid dots, micro printing, color fading, solid background color etc. offering highest resolution / quality printing
Temperature control with continuous damping system, PH setting & alcohol mixer
User friendly printing pressure micro adjust knob able to simultaneously vertically adjust both ends of impression cylinder while printing
User friendly skew micro-adjustment knob for printing registration at each station; adjustable while printing

The vertical and horizontal motions of every printing unit are controlled by independent motors without stopping the machine
Just input the printing length on the main control panel, every unit willbe directed to the right position automatically. This largely saves time and material when adjusting color registration

Feeding drums are connected with the servo motor from Japanese Yaskawa which is without gearbox and has large power with minimal heating. The feeding drums are durable and have no wear and tear

10. Main Frame
The whole main frame is manufactured by casting process and annealing. The gantry grinder provides perfect finishing and precision within 0.22mm which contributes to maintain accurate color registration.
Uses 20CrMnTi material, grade 6 precision, hardness of the surface is HRC58-62, which makes the gear durable, effectively eliminates issues like streaking and ghost imaging.
